Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Reepy, the operator of Reepy. By creating an account or using the site you accept them, together with the Task rules, Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Who can use Reepy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. One person, one account. The information you give us must be true, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
2. What Reepy is
Reepy is a marketplace. Advertisers fund tasks; independent people ("workers") choose whether to accept the offers the system sends them and do the work in their own words, from their own accounts. Workers are not our employees or agents, and we do not write, edit or post their content. We run the platform: matching, escrow, moderation, disputes and payments.
3. Credits
Tasks are paid for with credits. The price of credits is shown before you pay. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to another account and do not expire while your account is open. Refunds of credits are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Advertisers
- A brief must follow the Task rules. You cannot dictate a rating, a sentiment or wording, and you cannot ask for anything illegal, deceptive or against the rules of the platform where the work is done.
- When you publish a task, its credits are held in escrow. You approve or reject each submission within the review window; a submission left unreviewed is approved automatically when the window closes.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you promote and for the risk that a third-party platform removes content. Where a task type carries that risk, it is shown before you pay.
- We may moderate, pause or reject a task at any time. Rejected tasks are refunded in full.
5. Workers
- Do the work yourself, honestly, from accounts you own and control. No automation, bought or shared accounts, or proof that is not genuine.
- Approved work is credited to your wallet after our service fee, which is already deducted from the amount shown on the offer. Withdrawal minimums and methods are shown in your wallet.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- If we find fraud, we may reverse the earnings involved, hold withdrawals while we investigate and close the account.
6. Disputes between users
A worker can contest a rejection. We decide disputes by comparing the brief with the proof, and our decision is final for credits and earnings on the platform.
7. Affiliates
Affiliates earn the commission shown in their affiliate dashboard on purchases made by people they refer. Commissions are paid into the affiliate's wallet, held for the period shown in the affiliate dashboard, and can then be withdrawn or converted to credits like any other earnings. A commission is reversed if the purchase it came from is refunded. Self-referrals, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed and void the commission.
8. Things you must not do
Fraud or chargeback abuse; creating multiple accounts; harassing anyone; sharing passwords or verification codes, or asking others for theirs; using the site for anything illegal; interfering with its security; scraping it or copying its software.
9. Other platforms
Reepy is not affiliated with Google, Apple, Reddit or any other platform named on the site. Their own terms apply to anything done on them, and they may remove content at any time.
10. Content
You keep ownership of what you create. You allow us to store, display and process it as needed to run the service. Feedback delivered privately — surveys, tests, reports — may be used by the advertiser who paid for it.
11. Suspension and closing an account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits and approved earnings are then handled under the Refund Policy and Payment Policy, except where they come from fraud.
12. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular result, rating, ranking or reach. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell registered users before it takes effect; using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
14. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of —, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection your local consumer law gives you. Questions: —.
