Prices and currency

Credits are sold in packs. Every price is shown in US dollars before you pay, including any bonus credits in the pack. If tax applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout.

One-time purchases only

Every purchase is a single payment. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals and no stored payment methods charged later.

Payment methods

The methods available to you are shown at checkout. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. When card payments are offered, they are handled by a licensed, PCI DSS-compliant payment processor; card details are entered on the processor's page and never reach our servers.

When credits arrive

Credits are added to your balance automatically once the payment is confirmed — for cards, as soon as the payment is authorised; for crypto, once the network confirms the transfer, usually within minutes. See Service Delivery.

Receipts

You receive an email receipt for each purchase, and your full payment history is in Billing.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Refunds are returned through the method you paid with wherever that method allows it.

Chargebacks and disputed payments

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than your bank. When a chargeback is opened, the credits from that payment may be frozen and the account paused until it is resolved. Chargebacks filed for credits that were already spent on approved work may lead to the account being closed.

Fraud checks

We may delay, cancel or refund a payment that looks fraudulent, and ask you to confirm details before credits are released.

Worker earnings and withdrawals

Workers are paid from the escrow of approved tasks. Approved earnings appear in the worker's wallet and can be withdrawn once they reach the minimum shown there, using the payout methods listed in the wallet. Withdrawals are reviewed and sent manually, usually within a few business days.

Affiliate commissions

Commissions from referred purchases are paid into the affiliate's wallet as pending money and become withdrawable after the holding period shown in the affiliate dashboard. A commission is reversed if the purchase it came from is refunded.
