Plans & Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) give you a recurring monthly credit allowance plus feature access — workspaces, daily reply caps, team members, webhooks, history retention. Best for teams running ongoing engagement.
Credit packs are one-time purchases for users who want to top up without committing to a monthly plan. They never expire and stack on top of any subscription credits you have. Best for short campaigns or testing.
You can use both: subscribe to a plan for ongoing usage, then buy credit packs for occasional spikes.
Starter plans include a 7-day free trial; Pro and Agency plans include 14 days. During the trial you have full access to all plan features and the included monthly credit allowance. You won't be charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal with one click.
If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial ends, then drop to the Free plan.
Yes. From your dashboard, click Plans → Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Upgrades are prorated; you're charged the difference for the remaining period and the new credit allowance is granted immediately.
Subscription credits are granted fresh at the start of each billing period and don't roll over — they're a monthly allowance designed for active engagement. Credit pack purchases (one-time) never expire and remain in your balance until used.
If you publish more replies than your monthly allowance, you can either top up with a credit pack or upgrade to a higher plan tier.

Platform & Safety
Yes — Reepy supports X (Twitter) for both monitoring and replying. Connect your X account from Settings → Connections, and Reepy will monitor mentions matching your keywords using X's recent search API and publish AI-drafted replies you approve.
Note: X requires a paid developer plan ($100+/month from X) to access search and posting endpoints. Reepy doesn't cover this cost; you'll need a Basic or Pro plan in your X developer account.
Quora has no official API, so monitoring uses HTML scraping (limited to public answers and topics) and replies are manual publish — Reepy drafts the reply for you, but you copy and post it on Quora yourself. After posting, you paste the URL back into Reepy so it can track health.
Reddit, LinkedIn, and X all support automated publishing via OAuth, so once you connect your account, Reepy posts on your behalf at safe intervals.
Writers Program
Team & Agency
On the Agency plan you can invite teammates to specific workspaces with two roles:
- Editor — can manage keywords, approve and edit replies, view analytics, and publish to connected accounts
- Viewer — read-only access to mentions, replies, and analytics
The workspace owner retains exclusive control of billing, deletion, and member management. Each invitation is a single-use email link valid for 7 days.
Yes — the Agency plan supports up to 25 workspaces, each with its own keywords, brand voice, connected accounts, and team. Use the optional Client label field on each workspace to tag it with the client name (e.g. "Acme Corp"); the label appears on the workspaces dashboard for quick filtering.
Each client's data stays fully isolated — keywords, mentions, replies, analytics, and credit usage are scoped to the workspace.
Product & Features
Available on Starter and above, webhooks let you push Reepy events to your own URL or a Slack channel in real time. Supported events include:
mention.high_score— a mention scored above your relevance thresholdreply.published— a reply was posted to a connected platformreply.removed— a published reply was removed and credits refundedpayment.received— a successful payment
Generic webhooks include an HMAC-SHA256 signature header for verification. Slack webhooks use Slack's native block kit format. Configure them under Settings → Webhooks.
Every mention is scored 0-100 by an AI model (Claude Haiku) trained to evaluate sales and community-engagement relevance. The score considers: how directly the post matches your brand's keywords, whether the author is asking a question your product solves, post sentiment and intent (genuine vs spammy), and the discussion's likely audience.
You set a relevance threshold per workspace (default 65). Mentions scoring above the threshold are queued for AI drafting; mentions below are discarded. You can review every decision in the Mentions Kanban and adjust your keywords or threshold to tune what gets through.
Yes. From Reports in your dashboard you can generate a CSV export for any workspace and date range covering: daily mention counts, reply pipeline status, credit usage, and platform breakdown. Use it for monthly client reports, internal analytics, or migration.
API access for programmatic export is on the Agency plan; outgoing webhooks (Starter+) cover real-time integration use cases.
