This policy explains how Reepy ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use Reepy at https://reepy.io. If you have a question or want to use any of the rights below, write to —.
Who is responsible
Reepy, —, is the controller of the personal data described here. Details are on the company information page.
What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
- Profile data you choose to add — country, languages, a wallet address for withdrawals and your notification preferences.
- Activity on the platform — tasks you fund or complete, briefs, submissions and their proof (links and screenshots), ratings, disputes, support tickets and their attachments.
- Payment data — the amount, the credit pack, the status and the provider's transaction reference. Card numbers are entered on the payment provider's own page; we never receive or store them.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and security and fraud logs.

Why we use it
- To run the service: create your account, match tasks with workers, deliver submissions and move credits and earnings (contract).
- To keep the platform honest: detect duplicate accounts, fake proof and payment fraud (legitimate interest).
- To send service emails — offers, receipts, payouts, support replies — in the language you chose (contract).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it).
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal duties (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the people and providers needed to run the service:
- Other users, as far as a task requires — an advertiser sees the submission and proof for their task; a worker sees the brief. Your email address is not shown to other users.
- Service providers — our hosting provider; Google (sign-in and Google Analytics); Yandex (Metrica analytics); Resend (email delivery); NOWPayments (crypto payments); a licensed card payment processor when card payments are offered; and an AI provider that processes the text you type into the brief-writing assistant.
- Authorities — when the law requires it, or to protect users and the platform from fraud.
Some providers process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Payment and earnings records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Security logs and email logs are kept for limited periods and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Settings. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it. See Security.
Age
Reepy is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date below and tell registered users by email or on the dashboard.
