Service Delivery Policy

Reepy is an online service. Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered through your account.

Credits

Credits are delivered to your balance automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. If they have not arrived within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact support with the payment reference.

Tasks

• After you publish a task — and after moderation, where the task type requires it — its places are offered to matching workers one at a time.
• How quickly places fill depends on the task type, your targeting and the number of people you asked for. The order form shows the expected pace; completion within a set time is not guaranteed.
• Places that are not filled when the task expires, or when you cancel it, are returned to your credit balance.

Completed work

Each completed place arrives in your review queue with its proof — a link, a screenshot or a written report, depending on the task type — and you are notified by email and on the dashboard. You then approve or reject it within the review window. Work left unreviewed is approved automatically when the window closes.

Where the work happens

Public work (reviews, comments, posts) is published by the worker on the third-party platform named in the task, from their own account. Private work (surveys, tests, feedback) is delivered inside Reepy only.
